Refund policy
Conditions required to exercise the right of withdrawal/return:
the right of withdrawal is considered to be correctly exercised if the following conditions are fully respected:
the return must take place within 14 working days from the date of delivery;
the return is not free of charge;
the products must not have been used and/or damaged;
the products must be returned in their original packaging which must not be damaged;
if the product received has defects it is essential to contact customer service at uk@koh-i-noorbeauty.co.uk within 5 days of delivery of the package.
Koh-I-Noor S.r.l. reserves the right not to accept products that are damaged, used or returned without the original and/or damaged packaging.
If you should change your mind about a purchase and would like to return an item(s), a deduction will be made from the total paid to reflect our costs of postage and packing. This will comprise our cost of postage and up to 15% of the product purchase value for packing materials.
If you have respected all the required conditions, a refund will be issued directly with the payment method used and within 15 working days of receiving the returned products.
In the event that your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions above, you will be contacted by Customer Service. In this case, you may choose to repurchase the products at your own expense. Should you refuse, Koh-I-Noor S.r.l. reserves the right to retain the products and the corresponding amount.
